Delivery Charges

Monday – Friday Delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland postcode areas, unless your postcode is listed below.

We use a third party carrier to complete your delivery and due to increases in haulage prices to certain areas of the UK, surcharges have been added to the locations shown below. Any surcharges applicable to your order will be shown in the basket prior to checkout as soon as you enter your postcode.

Surcharges will be applied to the following postcode areas:

England

Wales

Scotland

Deliveries to the following postcodes require extended lead times and Next Day/Saturday deliveries are not available:

AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20-38, PH6-11 & PH15-50

*We will always do our utmost to maximise the number of items on each pallet, but due to courier weight restrictions the average number of items which will fit on one pallet is up to:

• 1 x NatureArk
• 1 x Multipurpose Topsoil Bulk Bag

Delivery Charges Summary

• You can choose your delivery date in the basket before checkout.
• If a surcharge applies to your location you will see the fee in the basket as soon as you enter your postcode and before you have to enter any other personal information – there are no hidden fees or surprises!

Standard delivery: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), anytime between 8am – 6pm.

Saturday delivery: anytime between 8am – 4pm (+ £48 per order)

Saturday delivery is not available to the following postcode areas: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH6-11 & PH15+
